ESG is an innovative railway engineering consultancy with “hands-on” tradition of specialising in Traction and Rolling Stock engineering across UK and Europe. With the breadth of experience and knowledge developed from the need to support the operation of over 1000 trains a day across the UK and through the Channel Tunnel, ESG's team of highly skilled and dedicated engineers is unrivalled.

ESG employs some 60+ highly experienced Rail Engineers covering a wide variety of railway disciplines and all aspects of Traction and Rolling Stock engineering including Locomotives, Coaching Stock, EMU's/DMU's, Wagons and On-Track plant.

ESG's experience includes managing the design/development and introduction into service of approximately 300 new locomotives, 2,600 assorted new vehicles and 1,000 vehicle conversions in the last 5 years.
