When operators looked to install cab air conditioning to improve the drivers’ environment on a fleet of DMUs, ESG lead the way, providing full turnkey services to design and install air conditioning solutions fit for rail operation, and with impressive cooling ability.

ESG have undertaken numerous additional vehicle enhancements from integration of electronic systems for passengers (WiFi, digital entertainment, Electronic Point of Sale), to improved sunblinds for driving cabs.

ESG’s experienced engineering team communicates with the customer to understand the real requirements, ensuring that end product is the most efficient solution possible. This is undertaken by means of concept design, prototype installation and performance testing, and is followed through by post installation performance testing and service support.
